We exist to advance community economic development, increase access to attainable housing (student, workforce, missing middle and income restricted housing) advance education, advance clean energy, and reduce the burden of government. We do so by partnering with public entities at all levels, colleges and universities, economic development agencies, housing authorities and other non-profits to develop, finance and operate social infrastructure.

We envision a world where everyone has access to basic necessities, education, and healthcare. We work towards creating a sustainable future for all.

Our organization provides various programs that focus on education, healthcare, and sustainability. Join us in making a difference in the world.
After 25-years of experience in public private partnerships or P3, including nearly 20 years in public service, Jared Everett knew there was a better way for the private industry to partner with public agencies to deliver projects that provide positive social outcomes and community benefits. Jared founded CDAC to do just that, leverage the efficiencies, resources and capital of the private sector under a non-profit delivery and ownership model where all the net benefits and revenue are reinvested into the community.
